RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS POLICY
If you are not entirely delighted with your products, you may return them to us within 10 working days of receipt of your order. We will be more than happy to offer you an exchange as long as the item(s) are returned in perfect condition and in the original package unused. Our Delivery Charges cannot be refunded.
If you wish to return any items to us, please be aware that you (the customer) are responsible for any postage costs connected to this if this was not an error on our behalf. If the returned items do not make it back to us we will require proof of postage before a refund can be issued. Please do not return any item to us before contacting us via email to inform us of any return.
On receipt of your email regarding return we shall send you either a pre-paid returns label if this was our error. If it was not our error we shall send you a returns label which you will need to pay the postage for.
If you receive your item(s) damaged while in transit.
Please contact us via email stating which item(s) has been damaged, your order reference and a photo(s) of the damage to your item(s). We shall then arrange your replacement to be sent again immediately.
To return any products to us, pack the items in the same packaging as delivered to you and use the returns label provided to place on the sealed parcel.
